We don’t offer a photography service. So for all your design request, you will need to provide your product photos from various angles on a clear background. Make sure your product photos are well lit. The better the photos, the better the designs.

You can forward us supplier-provided product images or you can take photos of the product from your cell-phone camera on a clear background with ample lighting.

If some of your competitors sell the same products, we can use their product photos and create completely unique designs from those, for your brand.

Final deliverables will be in jpeg format and in compliance with all Amazon requirements. Source files are available.

The standard delivery time is around 2 business days. Some requests might be done in the same day, while others may take more time. It depends on your request.

Unfortunately, we don’t. We can design images by combining the product photos you send us with stock images that we purchase.

No worries! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, meaning that we’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued, but we can try to find a solution if anything is wrong from our end and in the rare case we’re not meeting your expectations.
