The same rules apply to diapers (and most items) you purchase from a Target Plus Partner, a third-party company that sells and ships products directly to you through Target.com and the Target app.
If you buy a diaper pack from a Target Plus Partner and decide to return it, you can do so in-store or by mail.
Can You Return Diapers To Target Without Receipt?
Returning items you purchased in-store without a receipt may not make you eligible for a refund or an exchange. It’s up to the discretion of the Target employees whether to allow it.
