As for in-store purchases, GAP, Old Navy, and Banana Republic have a 30-day return window. Athleta also retains its 60-day return window. All these brands accept in-store returns for free.
Note: The timeframe for online purchases starts from the ship date and includes the time it takes to mail the item.
Old Navy will issue refunds via your original payment method for purchases you made via credit cards, gift cards, reward points, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.
For purchases you made via a promotional code or discount, you can only exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color.
