As an Amazon seller, having the right tools is crucial to increasing sales. But with the many options available, how do you know which ones to put in your toolkit?
Luckily, you don’t have to scour the Internet for individual apps. There are all-in-one platforms that can meet all your seller needs, like ZonGuru, which I’ll discuss today.
As someone who has served over 10,000 Amazon sellers in various countries, I have the necessary experience to assess if an Amazon tool will be valuable to sellers like you. I personally tested ZonGuru’s 17 tools to make a detailed and helpful review for you.
Let’s get started!
What Is ZonGuru?
ZonGuru is a collection of tools that helps Amazon sellers increase their sales and expand their business.
As an all-in-one software, ZonGuru lets users analyze how their Amazon business is performing and identify areas for improvement.
Here are some of the things sellers can do with ZonGuru:
- Conduct product research to predict how a specific product will perform in its niche
- Track competitor performance and identify high-performing keywords
- Enhance listing optimization
- Monitor the security of their intellectual properties
- Help you get more reviews
ZonGuru Review: Features
ZonGuru’s features work together to provide a clear overview of your business. They help you determine where you stand and the steps you can take to increase your performance.
Keywords on Fire
Keywords on Fire aims to give you the best-performing keywords so you can optimize your product listings.
By typing in a product phrase, ZonGuru will identify the top products using and competing for the words you typed. From there, you can choose products to compare against yours.
Based on the product you select, the app will generate a list of keywords with information such as:
- The estimated revenue each keyword will generate per month
- The monthly search volume rates of each keyword
- The average cost-per-click bid you can invest on a selected keyword
- Competitor rankings for each keyword
Moreover, it allows you to filter keywords by various metrics. This will enable you to find underused yet effective search terms that you can incorporate into your listings.
The great thing here, is that as opposed to Helium10’s Cerebro that shows 10000+ keywords when you add 10 ASINs, ZonGuru will immediately filter our the keywords for you.
For example, even if you add 25 ASINs to source keywords from, the tool might show you only 500 relevant keywords that you can later filter from.
Listing Optimizer
As the name implies, ZonGuru’s Listing Optimizer helps you optimize your listings. It’s one of the best listing optimization tools I personally use.
It provides fields for the title, bullet points (key features), product description, and backend search terms. The app also shows the total search volume and potential revenue of every keyword in your listing to bring maximum traffic.
To motivate and incentivize your optimization efforts, ZonGuru allows you to compare your listing optimization score to other ZonGuru users.
This is excellent as not only it shows you all the keywords included on competitor ASINs, but it shows you if the keywords are included as exact match, broad, or if a keyword is not included at all.
And the best part is that it gives a score per ASIN based on the keywords that you included. This means that you can make sure that your listing is more optimized than the others.
Business Dashboard
ZonGuru’s Business Dashboard lets Amazon sellers view important metrics at a glance. With this feature, sellers can:
- Analyze performance indicators for products or their overall business
- View their sales history, overall worth, and changes over time
- See customer reviews
- Track net margins of specific products
Niche Finder
The Niche Finder is ZonGuru’s product research tool. This feature helps sellers find best-selling Amazon products. Sellers simply need to enter the relevant keywords and filters.
The Niche Finder also assists sellers with calculating the amount it takes to sell a new product by recommending launch budgets and investments. This feature can be configured in two modes:
- Easy mode: Shows basic metrics like niche score and competition
- Advanced mode: Shows more in-depth statistics like a product’s search demand and volume
Love/Hate
Love/Hate analyzes the reviews for any ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number). It also generates a word cloud that contains commonly used phrases and words Amazon buyers use when looking for a product.
Clicking on one of them will bring up all the reviews related to the search term. This will give you an idea of what your target customers are looking for. You can then leverage this information by writing product titles and descriptions that will attract their attention.
Email Automator
ZonGuru’s Email Automator allows you to manage customer relationships in an easy-to-use interface. With its email automation tool, you can send automatic responses to buyers and schedule email templates.
According to Campaign Monitor, customers who receive email updates and news about your brand are more likely to become repeat customers. To encourage customers to purchase from your Amazon store again, you can send an email with a discount or special offer code.
Additional ZonGuru Features
In addition to ZonGuru’s core features, the app ensures that the user experience is as smooth as possible with a Chrome extension and a mobile app.
ZonGuru Chrome Extension
The ZonGuru Chrome extension is the latest addition to ZonGuru’s suite of tools.
In addition to ZonGuru’s excellent features, the Chrome extension comes with filters. The filters aim to narrow down your needs based on the data gathered by ZonGuru over a specific timeframe.
ZonGuru Mobile App
The ZonGuru mobile app allows users to monitor their company on the go. It’s available on iOS and Android.
The app has a dashboard that displays the following information:
- Sales data across different markets
- Revenue per product
- Company performance evaluation (based on earnings over a specific period of time)
ZonGuru Pricing
ZonGuru has three tiers: Researcher, Seller, and Plus. This flexibility allows you to pay only for features that you need.
Each plan provides prospective users with a free 7-day demo period of their chosen plan. Users can switch to a different plan anytime within their subscription period, even during the free trial period.
The Researcher Plan
The Researcher Plan is recommended for new Amazon sellers who are undecided about their products.
With the Researcher plan, subscribers can access the following tools:

Enterprise Solutions

This plan comes with a dashboard that lets agencies manage multiple accounts under one parent account. As a result, they can get a bird’s-eye view of every sub-account in one place.
With Enterprise Solutions, you can generate data-driven market performance reports. To ensure big-time Amazon sellers or agencies get their money’s worth, ZonGuru offers hands-on training and onboarding from their support team.
ZonGuru Pros and Cons
As an all-in-one tool, ZonGuru has a well-rounded feature set. However, it does have its shortcomings. Here are its pros and cons based on my experience:
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
✅ Includes a Chrome extension and mobile application | ❌ The starting plan is somewhat restricted |
✅ Has the necessary features to successfully run an FBA business | ❌ Short demo period |
✅ It has tools for boosting your brand’s sales and preserving client loyalty | ❌ Relatively costly |
✅ Free demo available |
What’s Best for Amazon Sellers?
Let’s look at how ZonGuru compares to two popular Amazon tools: Helium10 and JungleScout.
ZonGuru vs. Helium10
When comparing ZonGuru and Helium10, you need to determine your Amazon business type.
Is your business the same as private label Amazon businesses? Or do you follow the arbitrage or wholesale business model?
ZonGuru | Helium10 |
---|---|

If you follow the wholesale business model, I recommend Helium10 for the following reasons:
- It includes essential tools to run your Amazon business, like product research, inventory management, and finance tracking.
- In addition to being the best value for those who follow the arbitrage or wholesale models, Helium10 is also perfect for detail-oriented sellers.
- Good value for money.
On the other hand, ZonGuru will make more sense for private-label sellers because:
- It includes robust features for product research, listing optimization, and customer support.
- It has comprehensive dashboards that allow you to see how your business is performing at a glance.
- 24/7 support from Amazon sellers who also use the software.

ZonGuru vs. JungleScout
ZonGuru and JungleScout serve the same purpose. They offer similar features, so it all boils down to seller preference.
But when it comes to the best value for money, ZonGuru’s starting plan is hard to beat. At $39 per month, it includes all the essential tools for non-experienced Amazon sellers.
